Study Guide

Press

"Lockwood gives a compelling performance, vividly capturing Medea's agony. ... Fuller, too, gives a gut wrenching turn as the nurse- the scream that she unleashes after the boys have been slaughtered cuts right to the core. Her narration, too, is awash in compassion for her mistress' pain.

"It's a powerful piece that ends with a question- 'Can there be any ending but this?' -sure to provoke plenty of conversation on the drive home."
